Monday‑Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm or until the work is completed.
Job SummaryThe Associate II, Warehouse Operations assists with inbound or outbound activities under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. This role handles product receipt in the inbound section and shipping in the outbound section.
Qualifications- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shift.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort working with heights of 20‑30 feet regularly.
- Reach truck experience highly preferred.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to process orders, including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Adapt to changing priorities while working independently or as part of a team.
- Pick large case items with material handling equipment or small unit items and place them on designated carts.
- Cross‑train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
- Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in and/or send out products.
- Operate material handling equipment such as order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Resolve routine assignments that require problem resolution.
- Attend associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
- Adhere to site safety regulations, wearing required personal protective equipment such as steel‑toed safety shoes and safety harnesses.
- Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks.
- Learn and apply new information and methods to work in assigned area.
- Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
- Work on routine assignments that require some problem resolution.
- Follow clear standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Work under moderate supervision with regular review of output.
- Refer complex or unusual problems to supervisor.
