The Bilingual Warehouse Operations Support team member will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on onboarding, training support, employee communication, and operational assistance across multiple departments. This position will assist on-site management with day one onboarding activities, coaching associates, translating operational instructions, and helping train employees throughout the warehouse.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to operational changes, and enjoys helping support and develop warehouse teams.

• Lead and support day one onboarding activities for new hires
• Assist with training employees across multiple warehouse departments
• Translate and communicate operational instructions between management and associates in multiple languages as needed
• Support on-site managers with employee engagement, coaching, and daily floor operations
• Reinforce warehouse safety procedures and operational expectations
• Assist with PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) training support as needed
• Help ensure associates understand processes, productivity expectations, attendance policies, and workflow procedures
• Provide basic administrative support related to onboarding and training documentation
• Monitor employee progress during training periods and communicate updates to management
• Support process changes and help associates adapt to new workflows and operational updates
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture throughout the warehouse
• Support overtime operations when assigned shifts are scheduled for OT

• Ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred based on site needs
• Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience with onboarding, training, coaching, or team lead responsibilities strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving warehouse environment
• Comfortable training and interacting with employees across different departments
• Basic computer and administrative skills preferred
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
