The employee is responsible for distributing necessary tooling or materials from the supply room, ensuring the proper data entries are recorded in the computer to maintain the inventory integrity and maintaining the organization of the supply room.

• Maintain inventory (cycle counts, manual counts).
• Maintain the Supply Room organization. (Parts organized in drawers and shelves).
• Maintain cleanliness, both up and down stairs.
• UPS and other ground freight.
• Receive/Inspect incoming parts to verify quantity, item number and  or unmarked items.
• Box or crate parts that are to be shipped or stored.
• Heavy lifting from time to time. (Motors, Piping, etc.)
• Maintain the recycling program. (Light bulbs, batteries, etc.).
• Operate power equipment, as necessary. (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks)
• Assist outside drivers with pick up/delivery of freight.
• Attach proper s to material
• Inspect incoming materials to verify quantity, item number and  or unmarked items.
• Scan packing slips into computer for accounting.
• Assist vendors with signing in and contact with correct party.
• Assist Maintenance Techs, as required.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Frequent lifting and twisting are required throughout the workday. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.

Must meet physical ability requirements. Must be able to stand, walk and lift up to eight hours per day. Must successfully complete all required safety training. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have SAP computer skills and windows environment including use of Word and Excel.
