Are you ready to play a key role in a fast-paced, large distribution center? We're looking for dedicated Material Handlers to keep our operations running smoothly by efficiently moving and loading products. As a vital part of our team, you'll help ensure shipments are handled with care and accuracy, contributing directly to our company's success and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 12 months' experience as a team lead or material handler in a warehouse or distribution environment
* Strong physical ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
* Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds
* Proficient in using hand trucks and pallet jacks to move pallets
* Attention to detail when reviewing and documenting loads
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Experience with inventory management systems
* Basic knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse settings
* Ability to work efficiently as part of a team under a fast-paced schedule
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Proven track record in warehouse operations or distribution center environments
Other Requirements:
* Ability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
* Reliable attendance and punctuality to maintain operational flow
