Are you looking for a dynamic role in a growing warehouse environment? Join our team as a Warehouse Delivery Support Specialist! In this position, you will play a crucial role in facilitating deliveries and supporting warehouse operations. Your contributions will help us ensure timely service to our customers.

• Assist in arranging stock on shelves and setting up engaging merchandise displays.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the warehouse and store areas clean and organized.
• Unloading merchandise from trucks and verifying deliveries.
• Help delivery drivers by directing trucks safely into unloading zones.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit them to management.
• Load trucks efficiently in preparation for daily deliveries and assist with unloading and set-up at customer locations.
• Acquire customer signatures upon delivery or pickup for confirmation.
• Support repossession of goods when necessary.
• Assemble merchandise as needed for displays or deliveries.
• Conduct customer service inspections and address repairs promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and warehouse, adhering to our Delivery Standards.

• Provide assistance in other store departments as required.

The ideal candidate will possess a Junior High School Diploma and a minimum of six months experience in a distribution or warehouse setting. We welcome applicants with a combination of training, experience, and education that provides the necessary skills for this position.

The role requires the ability to perform heavy physical tasks, including climbing, balancing, and lifting items weighing up to 100 pounds, with occasional handling of heavier objects. This may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions.
