• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of related work experience preferred.

• At least one year of related work experience.

• “Safety First” mentality.
• Effective listening, speaking, and writing communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other warehouse software.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, anticipation of questions/issues, and decision making under pressure.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures and ability to apply them consistently.

• Provide clerical, organizational, and office support to the distribution center.
• Handle requests from vendors, the corporate office, and DC team members.
• Enter data electronically, create daily reports of material movement, purge requests, pre‑alert entries, transfers, and related activities.
• Assist DC team members with inventory tracking and updates.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and work stations organized at all times.
• Wear proper safety equipment and perform general warehouse duties as needed.

• Work safely, report unsafe conditions, adhere to company procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Report suspicious activities, concerns, or potential theft to management, Human Resources, or Loss Prevention.
• Routine exposure to moderate heat, cold, moisture, and unpleasant air conditions.
• Regular standing, walking, and assuming awkward positions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry 20–60 pounds frequently.
• Potential work in mezzanines up to 50 feet high and non‑air‑conditioned warehouse environments.
• Wear personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, vest, gloves, and bump cap as required.

• Successful completion of a substance abuse screening and a Criminal Background Check.
• For projections that involve firearms or ammunition, additional requirements include a successful firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check, firearms authorized training, and adherence to safe handling, storage, and transport procedures.
• For positions that require operating a Powered Industrial Truck, an active Powered Industrial Truck Certification (PIT) is required.
