Position DetailsSchedule:
Night shift;
Pay: $23.31 per hour. Benefits start day one: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), life insurance, and paid parental leave.
- Load all outbound orders into designated trailers, ensuring proper organization and maximum efficiency.
- Perform pre‑shift safety checks of all equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and temperature of trailers before loading.
- Build and secure pallets according to stops and ensure proper wrapping.
- Verify header labels and check for damaged or outdated products before loading.
- Confirm load diagram completion and submission.
- Complete all company‑mandated training and assessments.
Education/Training:
- High School Diploma required.
Experience:
- One‑year recent experience in a highly physical, labor‑intensive occupation preferred.
- Experience working in multi‑temperature areas and extreme temperatures (as low as ‑5 °C).
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a safe manner, meeting weekly standards for loading productivity and accuracy.
- Ability to read alpha and numeric codes from load sheets.
- Experience with safety and quality controls in a warehouse environment.
- Strength and endurance to handle physical demands and extreme temperatures.
- Read and interpret load sheets accurately.
- Ability to perform tasks while ensuring safety and minimizing damage.
Base rate ranges between $21.31/hour and $25.31/hour, dependent on experience, education, location, and applicable law. This role also receives overtime compensation and shift differential pay.
