Be a part of our rapidly expanding startup team by taking on the role of Team Lead (2nd Shift) at GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC. We are in search of skilled individuals with excellent interpersonal abilities to play a key role in supervising daily operations and staff, ensuring both equipment availability and a safe working environment, while also evaluating worker performance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2 nd Shift (Expected from 2:00 PM-10:30 PM) (Rotating weekends and overtime may be required) (Schedule is subject to change based on production requirements)
Please be advised that all 2 nd Shift personnel will be trained during 1 st Shift hours (6:00 AM-3:00 PM) until transitioning to 2 nd Shift hours (2:00 PM-10:30 PM) starting in Summer 2026.
Responsibilities- Support the Operations Supervisor in the management of equipment operators and team members.
- Monitor warehouse operations, procedures, and inventory to assure adequate supply of materials, packaging, shipments, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of workers and ensuring that they meet the targets and safety standards.
- Active participation in safety initiatives or programs and conduct and assist with team safety training for equipment operators and team members.
- Work in a traditional warehousing type environment while performing various activities such as, but not limited to, picking parts according to customer order and placing parts in work areas or storage locations, while following all company rules and Standard Operator Procedures.
- Willbe required to be able and willing to perform tasks on both Forklift and Tuggers on a regular basis, as you may be assigned to either based off business needs.
- Resolve conflicts that may arise between team members.
- Act as a liaison between management and team members to facilitate good communication throughout the team and warehouse.
- Read customer orders, shipping orders, or documents todetermineitems to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
- Scan materials and move them according to standard work instructions where applicable.
- Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to customer requirements.
- Will berequiredtomonitorand replenish materials lineside and at various station sin accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accurate recording of receiving and shipping material movements and inventory in SAP.
- Will ensure team members:
Are adequately trained in their positions, follow all required SOPs, WIs, and Safety requirements while supporting activities to ensure timely part delivery to the customer and avoid assembly line stoppages. - Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License required
- Minimumof one yearofexperienceofdistribution or warehouse experience, preferably inautomotiveenvironment.
- Minimum of one year of sit-down forklift experience
- Must be able to perform basic to moderately difficult mathematical functions involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averaging, and percentages.
- Must be able to successfully complete in-house forklift certification class and test.
- Previous experience using scanners and WMS would be preferred.
- Mustmaintaincertification and take part in recertification based on company Standard Operating Procedures
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and recognize when and how to effectively collaborate with others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly focused with excellentanalyticaland critical thinking skills.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
- Ability to safely use and operate
Powered Industrial Vehiclesin accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures. - Ability to Bend, turn, and use peripherals asrequiredtooperateequipment safely within company standard operator procedures.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing up to 50 lbs., depending on the location, throughout shift.
- Able to work in a warehouse environment for up to8-hour shifts, and any overtime hours if applicable.

The estimated hourly payrate for the Equipment Operator is $25.96 an hour. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
