Join Us As A Warehouse Manager

The main purpose of the position is to manage the materials arriving and leaving the company's technical warehouse, to track the movements of goods, and to ensure proper storage to preserve quality.

Main duties:

• Performing general warehouse tasks;
• Receiving, labeling, and registering goods arriving at the warehouse in the system;
• Ensuring proper storage while maintaining physical order, notifying stakeholders;
• Preparing and issuing materials and tools needed for maintenance and other technical interventions (for planned maintenance) to the relevant technical staff;
• Recording material movements in the information system;
• Managing tools sent for maintenance, creating, authorizing, and documenting transport documents;
• Maintaining contact with partner organizations and suppliers;
• Monitoring min/max inventory levels for stocked materials, initiating orders as needed, suggesting changes or additions to classification;
• Documenting warehouse processes,
• Participating in inventory.

Requirements:

• Secondary education;
• Warehouse management/warehouse operator certification;
• 2-3 years of warehousing experience;
• Basic knowledge of warehousing and technical skills;
• Knowledge of barcode technology tools;
• Forklift driver's license for all three types ,3324) and relevant experience;
• Knowledge of integrated enterprise management system (SAP);
• Basic IT knowledge;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Accurate and precise work.

An advantage:

• Knowledge of SAP WM, MM module.
