Unloader​/Material Handler; Inbound & Outbound

Location: Ellabell, GA

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Available

Shift Schedules:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Mandatory overtime is currently required for all shifts. Applicants must be flexible to work overtime as scheduled.

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Unloaders/Material Handlers to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This position is responsible for loading and unloading freight, wrapping pallets, and accurately moving materials in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely and efficiently.
• Lift and move materials weighing 75+ pounds on a consistent basis.
• Wrap pallets to prepare shipments for storage or transportation.
• Use an RF scanner to accurately track inventory and shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner is required.
• Experience operating a Stand‑up Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, or Electric Pallet Jack is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation are required.
• Team-oriented with a positive work ethic.

• Ability to consistently lift 75+ pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout a 10‑hour shift.
• Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
