WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

What You'll Do

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader for your shift, making
 sure operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
  
* Lead, motivate, and support a team of 4–6 warehouse associates.
  
* Assign work, monitor productivity, and celebrate wins while coaching for
    success.
  
* Keep shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory operations running
    like a well-oiled machine.
  
* Investigate inventory discrepancies and solve problems before they become
    bigger issues.
  
* Ensure every inbound and outbound shipment is accurate, complete, and
    customer-ready.
  
* Coordinate inbound container deliveries with carriers and keep freight
    flowing.
  
* Train new team members and help develop future warehouse leaders.
  
* Promote a culture where safety, teamwork, and accountability come first.
  
* Operate a stand-up forklift when needed and lead by example on the warehouse
    floor.
  
* Partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to improve processes, increase
    productivity, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  
* Jump in wherever needed—because great leaders aren't afraid to get their
    hands dirty.

 You're someone who:

* Has at least 2 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience.
  
* Knows how to motivate a team and create a positive work environment.
  
* Understands warehouse operations, inventory control, and warehouse management
    systems.
  
* Is organized, dependable, and keeps cool under pressure.
  
* Communicates clearly and enjoys working with people.
  
* Takes ownership, solves problems, and doesn't wait to be asked.
  
* Is comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced warehouse.
  
* Can safely operate a stand-up forklift.
  
* Speaks Spanish? That's a bonus—but not required!

Schedule:

Friday
- Monday
- After you have completed training
  6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
 ✔ Four 10-hour shifts
 ✔ Overtime available when business demands it
