Operations Supervisor

A well-established global consumer-products organization is seeking multiple Operations Supervisors for its distribution center in the Midway, Georgia area. This is a confidential search for hands‑on leaders who can drive productivity, maintain high attendance and performance standards, and create a positive, safety-focused work environment.

• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Second shift: 3:00 p.m.–12:00 midnight
• Candidates must be available to work onsite in the Midway, Georgia area.

• Supervise and support approximately 10–15 distribution‑center employees.
• Direct daily warehouse workflow to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and service expectations.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies.
• Use a Warehouse Management System to assign work, track productivity, and manage operational priorities.
• Coach employees, provide performance feedback, and hold team members accountable.
• Build a positive, respectful, and productive workplace culture.
• Identify workflow constraints and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Coordinate with operations leadership and other departments to achieve daily objectives.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and employee development.

• Three or more years of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or related operations experience.
• Previous experience supervising or leading hourly employees.
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Demonstrated success improving workflow, productivity, quality, or employee performance.
• Strong communication, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Stable employment history with evidence of career progression.
• Retail distribution‑center experience is highly desirable.
• Military leadership experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to work the assigned first- or second-shift schedule.

• $60,000–$68,000 annual base compensation
• Target annual bonus of 10%
