We are looking for a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator with experience in core warehouse functions and a commitment to phenomenal customer service.

10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Monday–Friday); $22.00 per hour.

• Assist in overseeing the day‑to‑day workflow of the department.
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals.
• Assist in resolving day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance.
• Champion initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs.
• Work with the team to keep the department clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); this includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Proven ability to train others.
• Fully proficient in multiple core warehouse functions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Product knowledge.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and leadership qualities to take and give team direction.

Hourly: $15.00 – $23.79. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
