Warehouse Supervisor

Position Type:
Temp-to-hire
Salary: $60,000 annually
Shift Availability- 1st Shift: Must be available to work 5:45AM – 5:45PM (Weekend work required as needed)
- 2nd Shift: Must be available to work 5:45PM – 5:45AM (Weekend work required as needed)
We are seeking experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisors to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead teams in a fast‑paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and customer service standards are consistently met while maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, shipping, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions and shipment processing.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and employee performance.
- Assign workloads and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
- Train, coach, and support warehouse team members.
- Communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and respond to operational challenges.
- Maintain warehouse records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and workplace efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager required.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Inventory control, forecasting, and warehouse planning experience.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
- Understanding of DOT regulations and warehouse safety practices.
- Experience operating forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
