Shift Availability
  • 1st Shift: Must be available to work 5:45AM – 5:45PM (Weekend work required as needed)
  • 2nd Shift: Must be available to work 5:45PM – 5:45AM (Weekend work required as needed)
Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisors to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead teams in a fast‑paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and customer service standards are consistently met while maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, shipping, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate inventory transactions and shipment processing.
  • Monitor warehouse productivity and employee performance.
  • Assign workloads and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • Train, coach, and support warehouse team members.
  • Communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Resolve operational issues and respond to operational challenges.
  • Maintain warehouse records, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and workplace efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager required.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
  • Inventory control, forecasting, and warehouse planning experience.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
  • Understanding of DOT regulations and warehouse safety practices.
  • Experience operating forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
