Inventory Control Associate

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels within the warehouse. This role supports daily operations by performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring proper product placement in a fast-paced, climate-controlled distribution center supporting medical supply distribution.

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits on a regular basis
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems (WMS) to track inventory movement
• Ensure product is stored in correct locations
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overages
• Assist with inventory adjustments and system updates
• Support receiving, picking, and returns departments as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

• Previous inventory control experience required
• RF scan/WMS experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Office preferred)
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable with strong attendance
• Cherry Picker Experience

• Must be able to work up to 12-hour shifts, 7 days/week during start-up
• Flexible for weekends, holidays, and shift changes
• Initial start time: 5:00 AM (subject to change)
• Climate-controlled facility
• No heavy lifting required
