 Responsibilities
 Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
 Lead, motivate, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate receiving, storage, and shipping processes.
 Organize and maintain inventory and storage locations.
 Ensure inventory transactions and shipments are completed accurately.
 Monitor employee productivity and report warehouse performance metrics.
 Determine staffing levels and assign daily workloads.
 Communicate job expectations and provide ongoing performance coaching.
 Work directly with customers to resolve questions and operational concerns.
 Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and operational reports.
 Analyze warehouse performance and recommend process improvements.
 Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
 Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
 Operate forklifts safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations when necessary.
 Qualifications
 Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or in a warehouse leadership role.
 Strong leadership, supervisory, and team-building abilities.
 Experience managing inventory, cycle counts, auditing, forecasting, and inventory planning.
 Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory software.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
 Knowledge of logistics, shipping procedures, freight carriers, and distribution operations.
 Familiarity with DOT regulations and warehouse compliance standards.
 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
 Strong project management and time management skills.
 Business math skills and the ability to work with product numbers and alphanumeric codes.
