Ambassador Personnel is now hiring Harvest Yard Laborers for seasonal work in Donalsonville, GA. This role is essential during the harvest season, involving outdoor and hands-on labor, including truck loading/unloading, drying, and storage operations. Harvest Yard Laborer – $15/Hour

Job Type: Seasonal
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour + Overtime
Open Positions: 6
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with farmer stock drying, bail-out, truck loading/unloading, and storage operations.
- Follow all company safety and quality control procedures.
- Operate within a team to ensure smooth yard and storage operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- May assist with tractor operations, if qualified.
Tractor Operators (optional additional duty):
- Operate tractors to move and position peanut wagons.
- Back peanut wagons into dryer shed locations safely and accurately.

- Commitment to safety and zero-injury culture.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dependable with regular and on-time attendance.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods.
- Work in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust).
- Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed during harvest season.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required).
- Previous yard or farm labor experience a plus.
