The warehouse of the future is equipped with our autonomous robots instead of forklifts and our Atlas 2D pallet shuttles or tote shuttles that allow for high‑density storage (no wasted space). The Forklift Operator loads trucks with finished or semi‑finished products for external and internal customers, receiving loading assignments from dispatch in order of priority and following oral or written instructions recorded in SharePoint.

• Follows scanner instructions indicating the load to be carried out
• Calculates the truck loading configuration based on the materials in the deliveries
• Adapts to changes in work priorities or assignments at management’s request
• Communicates necessary information to supervisors to enable performance reporting by completing the end‑of‑shift report
• Loads delivery/shipment materials as requested, within the calculated timeframe and floor space limits
• Performs overseas packaging and maintains order and cleanliness during and after each loading
• Respects the environment and ensures the quality and stability of packages and stacking inside the truck
• Ensures and monitors safety, assists colleagues, and completes the loading document
• Connects batteries to chargers and refills them with water if required
• Counts items during inventory and cycle counts, takes photos of the load to guarantee quality in case of customer complaints
• Supports closing trailers (tarpaulins), respects third‑party equipment, and is courteous and helpful to drivers
• Ensures drivers comply with STOW’s internal rules and load‑securing legislation, performs pre‑staging and 5S audits as requested
• Optional: moves trailers using the tractor

• Warehouse knowledge and product knowledge
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures
• Ability to calculate floor meters and weight distribution on the truck
• Proficiency with scanning devices
• License or authorization to operate a front forklift
• License or authorization to operate a reach truck
