Laydown Yard Operator

NCW is seeking reliable Laydown Yard Operators to support material handling and logistics for construction and industrial projects. In this role, you will receive, inspect, label, and organize materials; safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment; track inventory; and stage products for crews and deliveries. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure accurate counts and on-time availability. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment
• Organize, label, and store materials in the laydown yard for easy access
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update counts regularly
• Stage and load materials for field crews and deliveries
• Perform routine yard inspections to ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and site leads to prioritize material needs
