Seasonal Lift Truck Driver

Carter's, the leading brand in baby and children's apparel, is hiring Seasonal Lift Truck Drivers for our manufacturing and distribution operations. In this role, you will safely operate lift trucks and other material-handling equipment to move, stack, and organize pallets of product to support production and order fulfillment. You'll load and unload trailers, replenish pick locations, and complete basic inventory moves using RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate lift trucks and related material-handling equipment
• Load and unload trailers, staging and securing pallets
• Move, stack, and organize product to support production and shipping
• Replenish pick locations and support order fulfillment
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to complete inventory moves
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean work areas
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
• Support seasonal volume peaks and schedule flexibility needs
