Warehouse Picker

Carter's is seeking a Warehouse Picker to support our fast-paced distribution operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, scan, and prepare apparel orders for shipment to retail stores, e-commerce customers, and wholesale partners. You'll use handheld scanners, carts, and pallet jacks to locate and move inventory while meeting productivity and quality standards. You will help with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and scan items for customer, retail, and wholesale orders
• Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment to locate inventory
• Prepare, stage, and label orders for shipment according to standards
• Replenish picking locations and assist with stock rotation
• Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve order issues
