Salary Range: $26.44 To $39.66 Hourly
Job SummaryThe SCM Associate supports daily supply chain operations, including order processing, inventory control, and warehouse coordination. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data in the system (SAP or similar ERP systems), assisting with inbound and outbound logistics, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate product flow.
The SCM Associate works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities 1. Order Processing & Data Management- Receive and process customer and internal orders in the system (SAP or similar ERP systems)
- Generate and distribute picking lists and order sheets to warehouse staff
- Coordinate with stores to adjust order quantities as needed
- Input purchase order (PO) data and support inbound receiving processes
- Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders (quantity and pricing)
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry for all transactions
- Track and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products
- Perform daily inventory checks and ensure data accuracy in the system
- Identify and report discrepancies such as shortages, overages, and aging inventory
- Support monthly physical inventory counts and reconciliation
- Assist in maintaining proper inventory organization and stock accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse staff (including part-time employees) to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support inbound receiving, put-away, picking, and outbound shipping processes
- Verify item quantities and conditions during receiving and shipping
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist in scheduling deliveries and coordinating shipments to customers
- Support selection of appropriate shipping methods based on cost and urgency
- Maintain shipment records and ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with vendors and carriers to resolve delivery issues
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and warehouse staff
- Report operational issues and support problem resolution
- Maintain organized records and documentation for tracking and audit purposes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred
- Food industry experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support cross-functional teams - Basic data analysis and computer skills (Excel, Outlook, ERP systems)
- Bilingual in Korean and English required
- Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment
