Job Duties- Accurately pick, pack, and stock products according to order specifications
- Operate or learn to operate an RF Scanner for inventory tracking and order processing
- Perform Value Added Services (VAS) tasks such as labeling, kitting, or light assembly as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Follow all company procedures and meet productivity and quality standards
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy
- Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- RF Scanner experience is highly preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to work at a steady pace and meet performance expectations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

As a Warehouse Packer, you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
The Warehouse Packer supports warehouse productivity through accurate inventory handling, order fulfillment, and material movement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
