Job Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities:

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Participate in orientation and on‑the‑job training.

Communication

Skills:

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers for order processing over phone and in person.

Essential Functions/

Skills:

• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate motor skills for rapid and accurate task completion.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Reach continuously (up, down, forward). Reach above 72 inches to operate oven controls or lift objects. Reach down for tasks like scooping cornmeal or washing dishes. Reach forward when obtaining toppings, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones.
• Hand tasks: use hands continuously, eye‑hand coordination, shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, grasping phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
