• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized behavior plans
• Supervise ABA programs and manage staff effectively
• Train and support caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with a skilled team of experienced BCBAs

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Proven experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Strong clinical ability and decision‑making skills
