The General Manager (GM) leads the operation of the Taco John's restaurant. As a GM, you'll have responsibility for the financial success of your restaurant, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy, and adhering to health and safety mandates. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food, drink, and good customer service. Annual pay for a highly qualified QSR General Manager/Restaurant Manager is up to $75,000 including period bonuses based off of performance.

• Daily operations of restaurant
• Hiring and training a great team
• Managing all areas in front and back of house
• Ensuring food quality
• Managing food and labor cost budgets
• Ensuring your team provides great Customer Service
• Maintaining exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Requirements High School diploma or GED.
• QSR experience required.
