FTS, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant to oversee financial operations for a portfolio of properties. You will post monthly accruals, prepare entries for asset, liability, and capital accounts, and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Key duties include bank reconciliations, escrow analysis, lease/tentant analysis, and supporting year-end audits. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property accounting, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel skills
