The Government Modernization Initiative (GMI) Program Analyst works in the Governor's Office of Performance Improvement to bridge technical data analytics and program execution. The role involves collecting and visualizing agency performance metrics, developing change management plans, and providing project management support to drive cost savings and operational improvements across state government.
Key qualifications:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 2 years as a Data Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role, preferably in government or procurement
- At least 1 year supporting senior-level managers
- Experience in program management, strategic planning, data analytics, and/or public administration
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex organizational environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
