Position Overview

CyOne is seeking a highly motivated Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Trainer to support training, fielding, and operational employment of the WISRD platform. The ideal candidate is an experienced intelligence professional with a strong background in Army or Joint intelligence operations and a passion for teaching others how to leverage technology to improve mission outcomes.

This position serves as a trusted advisor to military and government users, delivering instructor-led training, developing courseware, supporting operational demonstrations, collecting user feedback, and helping shape future product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training for WISRD users.
  • Develop and maintain instructional materials, lesson plans, practical exercises, quick-start guides, and user documentation.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer events and support new user onboarding.
  • Demonstrate WISRD capabilities to military units, program offices, and senior leaders.
  • Translate operational intelligence workflows into practical WISRD training scenarios.
  • Support military exercises, demonstrations, experimentation events, and operational evaluations.
  • Gather user feedback and assist product teams in identifying capability improvements.
  • Provide operational subject matter expertise across intelligence disciplines including:
    • All-Source Intelligence
    • Collection Management
    • Targeting
    • ISR Operations
    • Mission Planning
    • Intelligence Analysis
  • Travel to customer locations within CONUS and occasionally OCONUS to support training and fielding activities.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
  • 8+ years of military, government, or contractor intelligence experience.
  • Experience supporting Army, Joint, or Intelligence Community organizations.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and directly with senior military personnel.
Desired Qualifications
  • Former Army Military Intelligence professional (35-series, 350-series, or equivalent Joint/IC experience).
  • Experience with DCGS-A, AIDP/MSS, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, or similar intelligence systems.
  • Familiarity with multi-INT analysis, ISR operations, targeting, and collection management.
  • Experience developing military courseware and training exercises.
  • Instructor certification or formal military instructor experience.
