A well-established civil engineering and land development firm serving the Maryland and Washington, DC region is seeking Land Surveyors and Survey Technicians from entry-level to experienced professionals. • Boundary and topographic surveys
• Construction layout and stakeout
• ALTA/NSPS land title surveys
• Field data collection and office coordination

• 0–2+ years of land surveying experience (entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Familiarity with boundary and topographic surveys preferred
• Experience with robotic total stations or construction stakeout is a plus
• AutoCAD experience or willingness to learn preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma required (college coursework in surveying or engineering preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required
