You'll also help guide junior staff, contribute technical expertise, and ensure projects stay on track from both a quality and schedule standpoint.

+ Coordinating with clients, internal teams, agencies, and external consultants to keep projects moving smoothly
+ Contributing to site development efforts across K-12, commercial, and industrial projects
+ Preparing technical reports and clearly communicating project updates and expectations
What We're Looking For
+ 3-5+ years of civil engineering experience, ideally with 5-7 years using Civil 3D on land development projects
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
+ EIT or PE highly preferred
+ Strong technical background in grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and roadway design
+
Experience with site development and land development projects
+ Comfortable writing engineering reports and managing project-related documentation
+ Strong communication skills and an organized, detail-oriented approach
+ Someone who can jump in quickly and contribute from day one
Additional Experience That Stands Out
+ Exposure to drainage design and analysis
+
Experience with traffic control (MOT) and right-of-way plans
+ background working with clients, agencies, and consultants
+ Interest in growing into more formal project management responsibilities over time
