Client Service Associate (CSA within an RIA/Wealth Management firm)

Responsibilities of the Client Service Associate:- Serve as a point of contact for client service requests, building strong rapport and trust through responsive, professional communication
- Interface with clients, broker-dealers, and custodians to open new accounts, update account information, complete required documentation, process service requests, obtain account data, and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process paperwork for opening and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Obtain insurance quotes and process insurance applications as needed
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and activity tracking within the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency to strengthen service delivery and team effectiveness
- Provide ad hoc administrative, operational, and project support as assigned by Financial Advisors
- Support firm growth initiatives through participation in targeted outreach and business development activities as directed by senior leadership
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or client service role within an RIA, broker-dealer, or wealth management firm.
- Exposure to both investment and insurance operations
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, advisors, and internal staff
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school graduates with relevant experience will be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with CRM systems and financial software preferred
- Personable, collaborative professional with intellectual curiosity and a commitment to learning, growth, and process improvement
- Demonstrated interest in long-term career growth within wealth management, with a desire to pursue operations or advisory career paths
- Ability to successfully pass criminal and financial background screening
