• Meet with clients independently and alongside the Lead Advisor to review financial plans and investment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Document client meetings and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Gather and analyze client financial data to develop planning recommendations.
• Prepare financial plans, reports, analyses, and client presentations.
• Maintain client information within financial planning and CRM platforms.
• Review insurance needs and evaluate insurance proposals and coverage options.
• Assist with portfolio reporting, performance reviews, and client meeting preparation.
• Analyze asset allocations and support portfolio rebalancing activities.
• Conduct research and due diligence on investment products, managers, and financial solutions.
• Coordinate operational activities with custodians, broker‑dealers, and other industry partners.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, mentor junior team members, and support the firm’s continued growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within wealth management or financial advisory services.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering holistic financial planning advice.
• CFP® certification, active pursuit of CFP® designation, or strong interest in obtaining certification.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses with a clean SEC and FINRA record.
• Life and Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and master financial planning software, analytical tools, and custodian platforms.
• Experience with Kestra, Redtail CRM, eMoney, and Holistiplan.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
