• Clean hotel public spaces, stock housekeeping supplies and linen, and deliver housekeeping related items to guest rooms.
• Assist guests and housekeepers, providing friendly, courteous, and professional service while adhering to health regulations and agency standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work area in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; report maintenance needs and service issues; use chemicals safely; and follow emergency procedures.
• Plan and prioritize work duties to produce required volume, adhere to attendance, grooming, and appearance standards, attend department meetings, and use equipment and supplies properly.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to perform duties in a repetitive, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Significant bending required.
