This position will be stationed in SSI Headquarters (Germantown, MD).

Position Summary

This full‑time benefited position requires onsite person. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of full lifecycle recruitment and coordination, supporting various Dod/IC contracts both nationally and globally.

You will recruit for a wide range of professional roles, each requiring specific qualifications and security clearances as specified by the contract. Typical positions include program managers, site managers, site leads, intelligence analysts, identity intelligence analysts, cyber specialists, social network analysts, special security officers, information security specialists, communications security specialists, physical security specialists, screeners, vetting specialists, counterintelligence specialists, linguists, cultural advisors, security liaisons, trainers, training facilitators, training support specialists, role players, administrative support specialists, and subject matter experts.

Functions & Responsibilities/Description
  • Work closely with Program Managers and hiring managers to define requirements
  • Develop an effective pipeline and build a pool of qualified candidates
  • Utilize traditional and non‑traditional sourcing strategies including:
    Monster, Indeed, social media (Linked In, Google, Facebook, and other social networks), networking, and other sources
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleges, professional associations and organizations, and other partnerships
  • Participate in job fairs and other sourcing activities
  • Manage and schedule interviews with candidates
  • Support all aspects of full lifecycle recruitment including: managing candidate information in the applicant tracking system, and maintaining data and reports to comply with EEO and Affirmative Action Plan Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience with high‑volume recruiting and ability to work in a fast‑paced and fun environment
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of all full‑lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to, the following areas: networking, sourcing, qualifying, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience
  • Experience with government contracts
