Kforce has a client that is seeking a Costpoint Time and Labor Analyst in Germantown, MD.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Deltek Costpoint Time & Labor and Time & Expense modules
- Configure labor charging structures, timesheet workflows, security roles, approvals, and system settings
- Monitor daily timesheet processing activities and resolve system or user issues in a timely manner
- Support labor distribution processes and integration with Payroll, Human Resources, and Accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with DCAA requirements, FAR regulations, and company labor policies
- Conduct periodic audits of labor charging practices and timesheet accuracy
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and process inefficiencies
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and labor analytics using Costpoint reporting tools and other business intelligence platforms
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end labor accounting activities
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements
- Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials
- Provide user training and ongoing support for employees, supervisors, and administrators
- Participate in Costpoint upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation projects
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation, reporting, and system support
- Support integration efforts between Costpoint and third-party applications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 3+ years of experience supporting Deltek Costpoint Time & Labor, Time & Expense, or related ERP systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
