Transform technology into opportunity as an Information Technology Support Specialist with GDIT. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware, responding to queries in person or by phone.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and system hardware and software.
• Coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
• Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
• Deliver remote support using desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow‑up problems reported to the help desk regarding cloud infrastructure.

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Installed, modified, and repaired computer hardware and software both in person and using remote tools.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.
