• Ensure seamless integration of technical solutions within the IRS Taxpayer Experience Platform (TXP).
• Establish best practices for software integration, performance tuning, and cloud‑based deployments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize multi‑cloud solutions and secure architectures.
• Perform technical assessments and drive architectural improvements aligned with business needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in technical and engineering roles. Highly proficient in core technologies and the latest integration frameworks.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing efficient, user‑centric systems and excel at collaborating effectively within an agile environment.
• Extensive experience working on Agile teams and utilizing the latest integration tools, techniques, and methods to design and deploy efficient user‑facing systems.
• Skilled in integrating complex system components, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Proficient in requirements analysis, system architecture design, and validation processes to meet both user and business needs.
• Adept at collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions within agile and lean environments.
• Proficiency in Dev Ops, cloud solutions, or systems integration.
• Expertise in agile software development and CI/CD best practices.
• Preferred experience with processing systems and tools.

• Full Time, on‑site at client’s location.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a MBI Security clearance. An active MBI clearance in good standing preferred.
• US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident required.

Salary range: $102,000 - $117,000 per year
