We are looking for an experienced CNO Training Environment Administrator to support a practical examinations course for our customer. In this role, you'll serve as a support administrator and proctor, taking ownership of the exam environment and ensuring that trainees have a structured, well-managed experience from start to finish. You'll work hand-in-hand with training coordinators and subject matter experts to evaluate course effectiveness and provide meaningful, actionable feedback on trainee performance.
This isn't just an administrative role — you'll also bring real technical depth. You'll maintain and develop scripts to automate and streamline processes, augment training platforms with new tools and technologies, and keep the virtual environment running smoothly. In this role, you will:
- Oversee the exam environment and manage timely, professional communications with trainees
- Coordinate course rosters and exam scheduling to keep operations running smoothly
- Augment training platforms with new tools and emerging technologies
- Maintain and develop scripts to automate and streamline environment management processes
- Provide detailed assessments and recommendations on trainee practical performance
- Collaborate with training coordinators and SMEs on course evaluations and performance guidance
- 12 years of relevant experience, or 8 years with a B.S. in a technical discipline
- Experience with CNO operational tradecraft and guidance
- Experience with scripting languages including Power Shell, Bash, Python, or similar
- Familiarity with collaboration and learning management platforms, including Confluence, Mattermost, and Moodle
- Knowledge of vSphere and virtual machine administration
- Strong background in Windows exploitation and security
- Active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph
- Experience with Unix exploitation and security
- Experience scripting for vSphere and virtual machine management
- CNO operator certification
