Job Summary

We are seeking a Major Incident Response Manager with a DoD Secret clearance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the response to major incidents, ensuring minimal impact on operations, and implementing strategies to prevent future incidents.

• Must have a DoD Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience in incident response management
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions

• Lead the response to major incidents, coordinating efforts across teams to minimize impact
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to prevent future incidents
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement security best practices
• Conduct post-incident reviews and analysis to improve response processes
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging threats to enhance incident response capabilities
