Project Manager - Millwork in Germantown

$70,000 - 80,000

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing and Project Management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities and managing projects from start to finish.

• Analyze and evaluate vendors for quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate prices and contracts with vendors.
• Create purchase orders and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure purchasing and project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Manage project documents, including scope of work, contracts, invoices, and reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
• Report on project status and purchasing metrics.

• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant procurement regulations and laws.
• Experience with architectural woodworking.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.

This is a full‑time position; hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
