We offer a stable and consistent working schedule, all your cleaning supplies, training, appointments, housekeeper uniform, and a company car. No nights, weekends or holidays. Full-time, Monday to Friday 7:45 am to 5 pm.

Base pay range: $14.50 /hr – $18.00 /hr. Additional earnings through tips and an opportunity to drive the company car if you have a valid driver’s license. Earn paid time off up to 15 days per year.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process and delight every customer while communicating in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Earn tips as part of the compensation structure.
• If selected as a team lead, manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, and maintain the company vehicle and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure the presence of all required supplies and upkeep of equipment to keep the service quality consistent.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform general housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45 am to 5 pm.
• Preferred: bilingual and able to communicate with clients.
