Lead Operations Coordinator

• Reports to Operations Manager
• Train new coordinators and mentor existing team members
• Collaboratively develop standard procedures; develop and enforce consistent practices
• Oversee development of appropriate templates, procedures, practices and training plans
• Represent Logistics Team in meetings
• Adapt to rapidly evolving requirements and changing priorities
• Serve as an SAP super user for the team
• Serves as an WMS super user for the team
• Provide tactical problem solving for day to day shipping issues
• Develop and cross-train to support all Logistics office activities
• Maintain daily inbound and outbound delivery monitor reports

Compensation: $20 Hour

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
