JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Core Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Soldering, ESD control, PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly, cable harnessing Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures
- Precision fitting, torque specs, pneumatic/hydraulic systems
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects, fit, and functionality
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting; identify and report issues
- Rework or repair assemblies as needed to meet specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Record production data, test results, and quality checks accurately
- Maintain traceability and documentation for parts and assemblies
US Citizen
3-5 years' related experience
