Upper Seneca Baptist Church in Germantown, MD is seeking a Part-Time Associate Pastor/Outreach Minister who is passionate about sharing the Gospel, discipling believers, and expanding our community presence.
The ideal candidate will assist the Senior Pastor, lead outreach and evangelism efforts, facilitate small groups, and support worship services. 15–20 hours per week; compensation will be commensurate with experience. This role emphasizes community impact and spiritual growth.
