• Sign‑On Bonus:
  Up to $10,000.00
• 15 shifts per month
• Top hourly rates
• Performance‑based increases

• Fewer days, focused shifts (flexible schedules set 3 months in advance, no on‑call, limited weekends)
• Clinic closures:
  Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter; early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July
• Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match up to 4%
• Flat‑rate fee for clinic visits and services for employees and direct family members
• Employee referral bonus program
• AI transcription for charting

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up
• Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments
• Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual exams
• Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries

• 2+ years of experience providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and appropriate state license
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens, and related compliance standards
• Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications
• Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals
• Respect and autonomy in decision‑making
• Team‑based approach to patient care
• ACLS/BLS certifications (we will provide if needed)

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP): $55.00 - $84.00 per hour
