Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Salary: $31/hour - $38/hour based on years of experience.

Schedule:

3 shifts per week of 7:00PM-7:30AM. Self-scheduling rotation!

• Assess patient health by evaluating their physiological and behavioral health, monitoring vital signs, behavioral changes, and response to treatment.
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with prescribed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure appropriate treatment/discharge plan.
• Educate patients and families about addiction recovery and self‑care practices.
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment that supports recovery and well‑being and respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals.
• Complete documentation and follow procedures outlined in organizational policies and procedures.

• An active LPN license in [state]
• A current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation).
• One year of experience in behavioral health
  , addiction treatment, or detox services is preferred; phlebotomy skills preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills to provide high‑quality patient care.
• Knowledge of health care, detoxification process, addiction, co‑occurring disorders, and DSM Criteria preferred.
• Competency in performing CLIA waived testing

Note: A former patient may not be hired at the same location where they were treated until a minimum of one year has elapsed since the completion of their treatment at that location. Former patients may be considered for employment at other RCA locations within a year after treatment.
