The Nurse Manager Emergency Room will oversee operations within a fast-paced Emergency Department, also known as the ER, ED, and Fast Track unit, featuring 25 beds and designation as a stroke center. This Emergency Department provides access to new MRI technology, ensuring rapid diagnostics and advanced imaging capabilities that support high-acuity care. With 24 hour OB coverage in the ED and a full RN staff, the Nursing Manager Emergency Department will lead a well-supported, collaborative team focused on safe throughput, exceptional patient experiences, and efficient clinical operations across all emergency services.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Nurse Manager Emergency Room will supervise charge nurses, registered nurses, and interdisciplinary partners while collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and ancillary departments. The ER Nurse Assistant Director or Emergency Room Department Manager stepping into this role will drive staffing excellence, mentor emerging leaders, manage budgets, oversee quality metrics, and champion patient safety initiatives.
