Shift supervisor, Restaurant​/Food Service

Red Robin - 20001 Century Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management;
Act as an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization;
Resolve guest interactions and optimize profits while ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness;
Supervise peers and maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction;
Possibly work in other hourly roles they are certified in based on restaurant need
