Salary & Compensation
- Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per hour.
Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. - Additional Compensation:
Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. - Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job OverviewStocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
